2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the site, the provider automatically collects information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This serves technical delivery, security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
3. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, phone number, selected services, budget/timeframe and your message) in order to handle your request.
- Purpose: handling and answering your request, possibly pre-contractual steps.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).
- Retention: we delete the data once it is no longer required for the purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Data is not passed on to third parties, except to the hosting/email provider as a processor.
4. Cookies and local storage
We only use technically necessary storage. Specifically, we store your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie choice locally in your browser (localStorage). This storage is required to operate the site and does not involve tracking (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR / § 25 (2) TDDDG).
Optional analytics cookies are only used if you explicitly consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Note: no analytics/tracking solution is currently active.
